Dear Lebanese and Descendants in Latin America,

The second edition of the Lebanese Diaspora Energy (LDE) for Latin America will be held on the 24th and 25th of November 2017 in Cancun, Mexico.
During the LDE Conference of May 2017 that was held in Beirut, the first decree, opening the door to those in Latin America to recover their right to the Lebanese Nationality, was signed.
